Toleriva

FAQ

Answers

Quick answers before you sign up.

What does Toleriva do?

A free reading site from The Nelson M Group LLC. Toleriva walks through clinical trial information in everyday words, with no sign-up needed to read.

Where do I go with a health concern?

To your own doctor, not to us. If it feels urgent, call 911.

How often will you text me?

Not often. Message frequency varies, topping out around 8 a month, and message and data rates may apply.

What if I want the texts to end?

Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].

Do you report side effects to the FDA?

No. We cannot receive medical reports. MedWatch and your clinician are the right channels.

Can you tell me if a side effect is serious?

No. Contact a doctor or, in an emergency, call 911. We only explain how research vocabulary works.

Can you tell me which study is right for me?

No. We do not recommend studies. A conversation with your own doctor is the right place for that, and our guides help you prepare questions.

Will I be signed up for texts automatically?

Yes, skip them. Texts are strictly opt-in (one unchecked box), and the form works without ticking it.

Will my details go to a drug company?

No. They never go to sponsors, manufacturers, research sites or recruiters. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Is Toleriva selling something?

No, we are a reading resource. Toleriva does not recruit for any study, and nothing on it is medical, legal or financial advice.

How do I stop emails or delete my information?

Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected].

Will you match me with a study or a research site?

No. We do not recommend, rank or match you with studies, sponsors or sites. Public registries list studies, and your doctor can help you read them.

What will I receive?

A first guide on your chosen topic by email (only if you give one), and, if you ask for them, short texts that link back to the same guides.

Do I have to give a phone number, email or ZIP code?

No. Your email address, mobile number and ZIP code are all optional. A first name, a last name, your topic and the privacy agreement are all we need.

One more thing to tick off.

Get the checklists by email, or by text if you like.
